IPT UK has three members of staff who comprise the Admin Team. We have Fiona Rose as our Operations Lead; Rachael Doherty who is our Membership Administrator, and Susan Clouston who provides additional admin support.

​Dealing with specific projects as well as the queries and day to day tasks that involve running a virtual organisation, Fiona manages the website, the SIGs, and is responsible for the compliance, marketing, and finances of IPT UK. She also organises the National Meetings.
 
Rachael is responsible for everything to do with membership. She manages JoinIt, registration and renewals as well as liaising with Training Institutes and Supervisors. Rachael also creates the quarterly newsletter.

Susan has been tasked with the administration surrounding IPT UK’s application to the PSA (Professional Standards Authority). The initial Standard One application will launch IPT UK on its way to becoming an accredited organisation. Susan also assists with ad hoc administration providing support to the team where needed.
 
The IPT UK admin team all work part-time. We endeavour to respond to queries as soon as possible, but there may sometimes be short delays, especially around annual leave. Please be assured we will reply.
